The 5th trend we love for spring 2018 is the statement shirt. Like with statement denim, a statement shirt is any shirt that has unexpected details. These “surprise” details can be anything: cold shoulders, a- symmetric necklines, exaggerated sleeves etc. Any detail that is not the norm can a turn a shirt into a statement shirt. Fall 2017 Fashion Trends – NYC has already hosted fashion week to introduce fashion for spring 2018. Those of us residing, in what I call, the real world, are barely ready for fall 2017 fashion trends. Most of us are scratching our heads in disbelief that summer has come to an end.

With the kids back to school – where, I affectionately say, they belong – we are starting to peek our heads up from the chaos of summer, and are looking to see what we should be adding to our closets for fall 2017.

Before we talk about current fashion trends, I think it’s important to discuss the challenge with fashion trends. The challenge is, most of us have closets full of clothes, yet never have anything to wear. We spend many mornings wrestling with a closet full of nothing to wear. So the thought of adding trends to our lives is not as easy as the runways and magazines suggest.

My goal is to make fashion simple, which includes adding trends to your closet.

Each season I sift through the overwhelming sea of fashion information. I sort the information and report the friendliest trends. By friendly I mean trends that work for most body types, are light on the budget and easy to find. Once I find the trends, I show easy ways to create new looks by mixing them with your existing wardrobe pieces. To make things even easier, I place shopping options at your fingertips. Think of Achievable Fashion as a bridge that connects the fashion world to your closet. Thus the title – Magazine to Your Closet!

Sounds simple right? There is a catch, there’s always a catch. You must have the right wardrobe essentials to pair the trends with. There are three versions. The free basic one allows you to design a wall gallery up to 48 square feet and save two design layouts. For $2.99, the professional version allows you to save up to 10 layouts. And finally, the designer version is available for a yearly subscription of $29.99. It includes unlimited layouts and project sizes and the ability to create your own library of layouts to upload.

Perfect Wall Collage was created by a team of designers who wanted to simplify hanging wall collages for homemakers and interior designers. They currently are working on an Android version.

Latest Fashion Trends Fall 2015 – Welcome to current trends, the Achievable Fashion way. When I resided on Fashion Frustration Lane, one of my issues was keeping up with current trends. Not only did I find it befuddling to figure out what the current trends were, I found it downright impossible to add them to my closet. I would flip through the latest mags, only to see things that were made for the thin and young. To add injury to insult, if I found something that may work for me, it usually cost the equivalent to a year of mortgage payments!

When I was working on a solution to move my residence from Fashion Frustration Lane to I Have a Grip Boulevard I realized figuring out how to incorporate current trends into my closet was a necessity. With deliberate studying and searching, I was able to add current trends into my life easily and inexpensively. (Keep in mind you must have the basics before you can add current trends to your closet, otherwise you are just adding to the mess you call a closet!) Because I knew I was not the only person in the world who found keeping up with current fashion trends impossible, naturally I decided to share.

The challenge is, I’m not so sure they are practical for the masses. That’s why I have made it my job to make adding trends into your closet simple. Keep in mind, before trends, you need the basics. The Achievable Fashion Magazine is a collection of the best fashion and beauty info. I search the sea of fashion and beauty info each month, pluck out the good stuff and leave the junk behind.

This article gives us some fabulous tricks on lipstick. If you are anything like me, you have wondered why lipstick does not look the same on as in the tube, why you have to reapply your lips every 45 minutes, how to pick the perfect pink lipstick, etc – which makes this article perfect for you! Magazine to Your Closet – BVLGARI Statement Necklace!

After Searching through the latest fashion magazines, Elle, Vogue, Bazaar and others, there is one thing for sure; statement necklaces are a top accessory fashion trend for fall 2013.

As you know, Achievable Fashion caters to everyday women, the statement necklaces in the top fashion magazines aren’t really attainable to them.

So as usual I make it my job to interpret the latest fashion trends and find attainable alternatives to the high price versions of the latest fashion trends in the magazines.

Think of it like this, I bring the magazines to your closet! Sometimes the search for attainable versions of the latest fashion trends is easy and sometimes it’s impossible. I was so excited about this find.

This BVLGARI Necklace was in every magazine I flipped through this month. It is beautiful! I have no idea how much it is because I could not find this piece on the website. I can only say that much smaller pieces on the site were well over $10,000! Now, you know how I feel about this. If you are in that league and can afford it, by all means go for it. I, however, cannot and believe I am the norm.

So if you are like me, not able to afford the fashion trends you see in the magazines but love current fashion trends, Achievable Fashion will become your new BFF!
