If either thought has crossed your mind, let me share two things with you. One, the fountain of youth is not that far away, and two, you have control – to some degree on how graceful of ungraceful you age.

I have always been obsessed with any information that links beauty and youth to nutrition. My obsession has lead me to know a lot of tidbits on the subject.
